Planning A Service Event

This week I am continuing to plan a service event for my school. We will be working with Interfaith Ministries on May 3rd. I am currently working on finalizing details about the time, location, permission forms, transportation, and amount of students attending. I have been in contact with one of the IM representatives since mid-March and they have been extremely helpful in my planning process. When my school goes to the service event, we will be making cards for the elderly, packaging emergency food for them, as well as rapping candy bars for Eid. Planning this has proved to be harder than I thought because of all of the minute details that must be organized.
