Church Crafts and Snacks

Today I prepared a watercolor activity for the children at my church as well as special birthday snacks to celebrate someone's birthday. Before church started, I had to set up a lot more stuff than usual because of the watercolor craft. Once I got the kids started with painting and put on a video for them to watch, I popped popcorn and prepared cupcakes. I was very glad to be able to set up something special for the children at my church because most of them don't come from a situation as privileged as I do. I hope that through the emotional and material support our church provides them, we can make a positive lasting impact on them.
