The Art of Photography J-Term Day #2

Today we spent some time trying to tell stories through photographs. First, I gave a presentation on how to do so by giving examples, then we did a group exercise to practice before attempting it. After the exercise with the entire class, we split up into two groups to craft a story with photographs. Working in a group for this project was an interesting experience. I rarely ever work with other people on an artistic project so it was cool to mesh our different ideas and styles. I had a lot of fun doing this with my group and I am glad we did the exercise.
